Tolayda moves an academic document into English and keeps its structure intact.
The two columns
The original rests on cream. The English rests on a raised page. A paragraph can be translated on its own. The rest of the paper can run when you are ready. The two sides scroll together.
What stays intact
Translation works block by block: headings, paragraphs, figure captions, and table cells. A folder name in Tolayda is a label. The Word file keeps its own name.
Two ways to share
Invite to edit.
Classmates at your university open the translation and work on it with you, live. Edit history records a change to a heading, paragraph, caption, or table cell.
Share with a lecturer.
A lecturer receives a read-only link. The paper stays locked until that link is removed.
When a line needs another pass
Retranslate runs the passage again. Report an issue sends it to Tolayda for review. When the same paragraph is uploaded again, unchanged, Tolayda reuses the earlier English.

Larger text, a dyslexia-friendly font, and other reading options live under Accessibility. They stay on the device.
A university licence
Seats are assigned at sign-in, from a university Microsoft account on a licensed domain. The institution sets a monthly paper limit and a limit on segments per paper. Its name and mark can appear on the sign-in screen and in the workspace.
The author's decision
The author decides when the English is ready to export. Supervision stays with the lecturer. Accounts come through a university licence.
